Our dentists boast both skill and qualification, but we go further. Every dentist on our team must fulfill ‘Continuing Professional Education’ requirements to maintain registration with the Singapore Dental Council.
Our friendly front desk team regularly attend training and our protocols are reviewed by management.
We prioritize ongoing training twice a year for our dental nurses with dedicated senior nurses who conduct regular training sessions at our in-house facilities. We ensure our staff meets rigorous standards through comprehensive training by providing them with theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience with dental instruments, equipment, and procedures. This commitment to training directly translates into elevated patient care.
Furthermore, we conduct regular team appraisals, incorporating valuable patient & staff feedback into our evaluation process.
