For procedures spread over multiple visits (dentures, crowns, root canal treatment), the subsidy is claimed only after the procedure is completed, and completion must occur before the CHAS card expires. Can Pioneer Generation Cardholders Use MediSave for Dental Treatment?
MediSave is not claimable for most routine dental procedures, such as scaling and polishing or basic fillings. Those are CHAS-claimable instead.
