Going Miles for a Great Smile
Dental implants, braces and Invisalign, wisdom tooth surgery, and routine general dentistry, all available at two HDB-area dental clinics in Jurong East and Yishun, with MediSave and CHAS support where applicable. The TWC Dental team comprises four dentists trained in Australia, Canada, and Ireland, working across both locations. Our approach is direct: clear treatment options, transparent costs, and care that is tailored to each patient.

Most dental clinics treat the full spectrum of cases. But every practice has procedures that patients often come in for. At TWC Dental, those are dental implants and full-arch reconstruction, Invisalign and traditional braces, and wisdom tooth surgery. Each is led by dentists with formal training in that area, supported by continuing professional education.
Replace one missing tooth, several, or a full arch. Our dental implant procedures use the Nobel Biocare system, with options ranging from single crowns to multi-unit bridges and full-arch placements.
A full upper or lower arch of teeth, supported by four to six implants and fixed in place. All-on-4 and All-on-6 are options for patients facing extensive tooth loss who want a fixed, non-removable solution rather than a denture.
Straighten teeth discreetly with custom-made clear aligners, changed every one to two weeks. Cases at TWC Dental are led by certified Invisalign providers, with treatment plans set against each patient’s bite and timeline.
Wisdom tooth surgery is one of the more common procedures, usually performed for impacted teeth that cause pain, swelling, or pressure on adjacent teeth. Local anaesthesia is available; cases are assessed before surgery.
Traditional dental braces, fitted and adjusted over the course of treatment, are an option for moderate-to-complex alignment cases. Treatment time varies by case and is typically 18 to 24 months.

Toothaches, scaling and polishing, fillings, extractions, and whitening are among the most common procedures. Most can be assessed and treated in a single visit, with follow-up sessions scheduled as warranted by the clinic.

Wisdom tooth extractions, dental implants, and root canal treatments are surgical procedures we often handle. Each may begin with imaging and a review of medical history and is typically performed under local anaesthesia.

Full-mouth rehabilitation, veneers, overdentures, crowns, and gum contouring are treatments that patients turn to when the goal is appearance, function, or both. Each case is approached individually because the right option depends on tooth structure, bite, and what you actually want to change.

Both traditional braces and Invisalign clear aligners are available. Treatment time is similar between the two on average. The main differences are visibility, cleaning practicalities, and case complexity.
Dental pain that won’t settle, a knocked-out tooth, a crown that has come off, or visible facial swelling: these are situations where waiting usually makes things worse. TWC Dental offer same-day emergency services at both clinics during operating hours.

The TWC Dental team comprises four dentists with primary qualifications from the University of Queensland, Dalhousie University in Canada, the University of Adelaide, and a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Ireland. Combined, the team brings years of clinical practice. Specialist training includes the California Implant Institute, Osstem's Full Mouth Rehabilitation course, and Invisalign provider certification. Each dentist is registered with the Singapore Dental Council and active in continuing professional education.

Surgical and sterilisation protocols follow the MOH National Infection Prevention and Control Guidelines for Dental Practice. Before any treatment plan is set, the dentist reviews medical history, current medications, and any conditions (such as diabetes, blood thinners, or recent illness) that affect how a procedure should be approached. The treatment plan, expected timeline, and cost breakdown are discussed before anything begins.

Imaging is performed with 3D Cone Beam CT for surgical planning, which provides a much clearer picture of bone density and root positioning than 2D X-rays. Implants are placed using the Nobel Biocare system, which has a long clinical track record. Air polishing is used for stain removal where suitable, which is gentler on enamel and gum tissue than traditional scaling.
